2. Domain Purchases

All domain prices listed on the Service are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. A domain purchase is considered final once payment has been confirmed and the domain transfer process has been initiated.

3. Domain Transfers

Upon successful payment, the domain transfer process will be initiated within 1-3 business days. Transfer times may vary depending on the registrar and TLD. The buyer is responsible for having a valid registrar account to receive the domain.

4. Offers

Submitting an offer does not constitute a binding agreement. Offers are subject to review and may be accepted, declined, or countered at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to accept any offer, regardless of the amount.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of domain sales, all purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to complete the domain transfer for reasons within our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Madison Domains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
